Today, we made our own ice cream during Science Enrichment class.
They taste delicious :) *drooling*

[#Ingredients]
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3/4 cup of milk

Salt
Pint & gallon freezer bag
Ice
A large container for mixing the ingredients

and...

TADA!

Ice cream formed after some "moves" :)

Our teacher put the most salt into our freezer bag and that's why ours took the shortest time to freeze the liquid up :)

It was really tasty and i want somemore!
Perhaps, i can have more after PSLE :D
